the game went a lot better this summer once we played amongst ourselves with the few remaining players fromt he other team...i think it'd work better if we integrated teh teams and split everyone up playground style(keeping those who know each other together) day of. we'd get more games in, and i think we'd jsut ahve a better over all experience.

Integrate the teams, but maintain the squads as much as possible. which is kind of what you're saying
And then we can play multiple games, switch the teams up as we go
